情景模拟在经管类专业课堂教学中的应用——协商学习与内隐学习的实现路径

摘要 经管类专业课程的重要特点是与经济管理社会现实紧密联系,专业知识的时效性和应用性强并且知识碎片化倾向明显。情景模拟教学遵循协商学习和内隐学习的基本理念,通过依托典型现实的情境创设,实现学生主动参与和积极融合课程教学实践,为内隐学习和协商学习提供现实的路径,从而提升课堂教学中专业知识转移效率。 Business management courses are closely linked with the social reality of economic management. Timeliness and knowledge are both important, and the tendency of knowledge fragmentation is obvious. Situational teaching follows the theories of negotiated learning and implicit learning, and encourages students to participate in teaching practice by creating relevant situations, so as to accelerate the internalization of professional knowledge of the students.
