摘要 目的制备以芦丁分子为模板的分子印迹互穿聚合物网络水凝胶,并研究其性能。方法以吸附量为指标,考察黄酮类分子印迹互穿聚合物网络水凝胶合成工艺;以提取率为指标,采用HPLC法考察分子印迹互穿聚合物网络对槲皮素、麻黄碱、芦丁的提取纯化性能。结果当PVA与PAM质量比为1∶1、交联剂25%戊二醛加入量为1.25 m L时,PVA/PAM分子印迹互穿聚合物网络水凝胶对黄酮类分子具有良好的选择性提取纯化性能。结论以芦丁分子为模板的PVA/PAM分子印迹互穿聚合物网络水凝胶对黄酮类有较好的选择性提取纯化性能。 Objective To prepare the interpenetrating polymer network hydrogels for molecularly imprinting of flavonoids with rutin template,and to investigate the extracting performance.Methods Synthetic process of interpenetrating polymer network hydrogels for molecularly imprinting of rutin was investigated with the absorption capacity as the indexes.The extracting performance of the hydrogels was investigated in mixture solution of quercetin,ephedrine and rutin by HPLC.Results When PVA and PAM ratio was 1:1 and the volumn of crosslinking agent-25%glutaraldehyde was 1.25 mL,the hydrogels showed the best adsorption and selectivity performance.Conclusion Interpenetrating polymer network hydrogels for molecularly imprinting shows a good extracting performance to flavonoids.
