粪肠球菌感染在老年患者中的分布及药敏分析

Clinical distribution and drug susceptibility of Enterococcus faecalis infections in elderly patients

目的了解我院粪肠球菌感染老年患者的临床分布特点及药物敏感性。方法使用VITEK-32型全自动微生物鉴定分析仪(法国Bio-Merieux公司生产)进行细菌鉴定。应用WHONET 5.6软件进行数据处理分析。结果临床共分离老年患者感染的粪肠球菌144株,主要分布在泌尿外科、普通外科和重症监护病房(ICU),分离率分别为30.56%、16.67%和9.72%。标本类型中尿液分离出87株,占60.42%,全血分离出21株,占14.58%。粪肠球菌对抗菌药物的耐药性低,未发现对万古霉素和替加环素耐药的粪肠球菌。结论粪肠球菌对不同抗菌药物的耐药性不同,临床上抗感染治疗应以本地区分离菌株的药敏试验结果为依据,恰当地选择敏感抗菌药物治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical distribution of Enterococcus faecalis infections in elderly patients and drug susceptibility.Methods Bacterial identification was made by using VITEK-32 automatic micro-analyzer（Bio-Merieux Company of French）.Data processing was performed with WHONET5.6 software.Results Totally144 strains of Enterococcus faecalis infected in elderly patients were isolated.The detection rates of Enterococcus faeca—lis were 30.56%,16.67%and 9.72%in Urology Department,General Surgery Department and Intensive Care Unit（ICU） respectively.According to types of specimens,87 strains（60.42%） were isolated from urine,and 21 strains（14.58%） were isolated from blood.Drug resistance of Enterococcus faecalis to antibiotics was low,and the resistance to vancomycin and tigecycline of Enterococcus faecalis strains was not detected.Conclusion Enterococcus faecalis has different drug resistance to different antibiotics.It is necessary to choose susceptible antibiotics for clinical anti-in—fection treatment on the basis of in-vitro antibiotics susceptibility testing for isolated strains from local regions.
