婴幼儿围术期疼痛治疗进展

Recent advances in the treatment of perioperative pain in infants and young children

目的对文献报道的婴幼儿围术期疼痛管理方法进行综述和分析,探讨适用性、依从性、效应力、预后等更佳的方法。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献,结合临床经验,对疼痛评估方法和治疗措施的研究成果进行总结。结果婴幼儿围术期疼痛已逐步得到重视,从疼痛评估、疼痛治疗及其效果评估与改进等多方面不断积累完善。结论我院应借鉴国内外相关经验,建立系统化、科学化的婴幼儿疼痛管理体系,利用科学的研究结果来指导疼痛治疗,从而最大限度地改善婴幼儿镇痛条件。

Objective To review and analyze the methods of management of perioperative pain in infants and young children,and to discuss the better methods of applicability,compliance,effect,prognosis and so on.Methods Through consulting the relevant literature home and abroad and based on clinical experience,the research results of pain assessment methods and treatment measures were summarized.Results Perioperative pain in infant and young children had gradually gained attention,and the pain assessment,pain treatment and its effect evaluation and perfection had been improved.Conclusion Our hospital should learn from domestic and foreign relevant experience,establish scientific management system of infant pain,and make use of scientific research results to guide the treatment of pain,so as to optimize the conditions for analgesia in infants and young children.
