Discourse on argument and diversified development of TCM

中医界对中医如何发展历来争议不断,其实不少争论缘于站在自身立场上,缺乏从中医全局出发,缺乏中医需要多元发展考虑所造成。文章首次系统地从临床疗效、科学研究、人才培养、地域的不同需要等方面论述了中医多元发展必要性,以期中医界人士凝聚共识,减少不必要的争论,集中精力,脚踏实地,勤奋工作,共同促进中医药事业的全面进步与发展。

The world of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has always been arguing on how to develop TCM. In fact, the reason of the argument is the lack of overall situation and thoughts of diversified development on the side of self-standpoint. This article systematically discusses the necessity of TCM diversified development from clinical efficacy, scientific research, talent cultivation and different needs of regions for the first time, so as to build consensus for the world of TCM, reduce unnecessary disputes, concentrate on work, work in a down-to-earth way, work hard, and together to promote the comprehensive progress and development of TCM.
