大数据时代背景下中医药疗效评价的思考

随着信息技术的日益发展,大数据时代已悄然到来,这为中医药临床疗效评价提供了崭新的视觉和宽广的思路,在这样的大数据环境背景下,若能从中医药临床大数据入手,从海量的四诊信息采集及实验室指标中探寻出中医药辨证论治疗效的规律,创新出一套完善而系统的临床疗效评价方法,将具有划时代的意义。文章对中医疗效评价目前面对的若干重大问题进行深刻思考,并在此基础上提出临床疗效评价的核心、相关的解决思路与方法,为建立一整套完整的、体现辨证论治思想的,全面而客观的评价指标体系提供部分借鉴与参考。

With the increasing development of information technology, the society has entered into the big data era. This will provide a new vision and extensive thinking on the evaluation of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Under the environmental background of big data, if we can proceed from the clinical big data of traditional Chinese medicine, and explore the rule of the curative effect of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation from huge numbers of four diagnostic information collection and the laboratory indexes, and then innovate a set of sound and systematic method of evaluation of clinical curative effect, it will be of epoch-making significance. This article will make a profound thinking on current problems of therapeutic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, and propose corresponding solution thinking and methods. It will provide reference and consultation for establishing a comprehensive and objective evaluation index system which is integrated and can reflect the ideology of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
