论中医之形似与神似

Discourse on similarity in form and spirit of TCM

中医之道,如何焕发生命力,彰显疗效。文章深刻分析了中医之形似与神似,倡导中医临床的新思维,并通过"董氏儿科"病案解读,更为深入地阐述"推理论病、推理论治"和"临床证治九决"(明理、识病、辨证、求因、立法、选方、配伍、适量、知变)的学术思想,以期为中医药未来的发展起到推动与开拓。

The way to arouse vitality and manifest curative effect is the essence of TCM philosophy. This article articulates similarity in form and spirit of TCM, proposes new clinical thoughts, and deeply expounds the academic thoughts of ‘inference on disease, inference on treatment＇ and ‘nine knacks of clinical diagnosis and treatment＇（including understanding pathology, identifying disease, differentiating syndrome, inferring etiology, forming methodology, selection therapy, ensuring compatibility, appropriate amount, and perceiving variability）, through reading the medical cases of DONGS＇ Pediatrics. It is anticipated that this article could contribute to promoting the development and extending the horizon of the future of TCM.
