大数据时代下的中医临证辨治模式探讨

中医药在悠久的发展历史过程中,形成了自身独特的疾病诊治体系,其中临床疾病辨治模式也因时代不同衍生出不同的类型。文章将对中医学主要的辨治模式进行一次系统的梳理,并且分析各种辨治模式的优缺点,以期在大数据的信息技术条件下对中医临证辨治模式进行创新性探讨。大数据是信息时代发展的鲜明特色,对中医信息的数据化,并且对相应的数据进行优化检索,进一步应用到临床实际中至关重要,其将引领中医临证模式在新的时代条件下实现质的飞跃。

During the long history of development process, traditional Chinese medicine has formed its own unique disease diagnosis and treatment system, which is also due to clinical patterns of syndrome differentiation and treatment derived from different eras of different types. In this paper, the main patterns of syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed systematically, in order to discuss its innovation under the information technology condition of big data. Big data is the distinct characteristics of the development of the information age. To collect data from TCM clinical, optimize the corresponding data retrieval, further apply to clinical practice, will cause the syndrome differentiation and treatment pattern in TCM clinical under the era of big data to achieve a qualitative leap.
