中医心病类术语本体的研究与应用

Construction and application of term ontology in TCM heart disease

目的:构建基于历代中医典籍的"中医心病类术语本体研究平台",为中医心病的临床、科研提供方便、可靠的文献数据。方法:采用文献学结合计算机信息技术,从历代中医临床各科骨干文献全文数据库采集心病资料,提取历代心病类病症词语集,对其进行层次结构化存储后,集合在一个平台上进行数据关联、聚类、挖掘。结果:共存储485条历代病名数据,6 323条历代心病症候数据,1 575条病因病机数据,1 291条治则治法数据,并据以进行"疾病源流考""疾病特异性症候的提取"等分析。结论:平台不仅可以为中医心病研究提供可靠的历代文献证据,也为中医疾病分类体系提供有临床价值/意义的文献支撑。

Objective： To construct a ‘TCM heart disease research platform＇ based on the heart visceral manifestations theory, and provide convenient and reliable literature data for clinical and scientific research of TCM heart disease. Methods： By literature study combined with computer information technology, the data of TCM heart disease was collected from the major TCM clinical literature database of different dynasties, the glossary of terms of TCM heart disease were extracted. After the hierarchical structure storage, the data association, clustering, and mining were carried out on the research platform. Results： A total of 485 disease data, 6 323 TCM heart disease data, 1 575 etiology and pathogenesis data, and 1 291 principle and method of treatment data were stored; the data were analyzed from the aspects of ‘disease origin and development＇, ‘disease specific syndrome extraction＇. Conclusion： This platform can provide reliable data for the study of ancient literature of TCM heart disease and support for the clinical value and significance of TCM disease classification system.
