胡希恕和冯世纶教授六经辨治癫痫经验

Experience of professor HU Xi-shu and FENG Shi-lun in diagnosing and treating epilepsy based on six syndromes differentiation system

近代著名的经方大师胡希恕先生率先提出:《伤寒论》的六经来自八纲。冯世纶教授继承其学术思想,并明确提出中医有两大医学体系,仲景医学属经方医学体系,《黄帝内经》属医经体系。经方治病是依据症状反应辨证论治,不是辨病论治。文章整理分析了胡希恕和冯世纶老师治疗癫痫验案,总结癫痫的六经辨治规律。癫痫辨治以多经合病为主,柴胡类方证居多,并多兼夹痰饮、瘀血为患。

HU Xi-shu, a contemporary expert of Jingfang, firstly proposed that six syndromes differentiation system was developed from Shanghan Lun eight guiding principles differentiation system. Professor FENG Shi-lun has inherited his academic thoughts and further and clearly puts forward that there are two main medical systems in TCM such as Jingfang system of Shanghan Zabing Lun affiliation and classic medicine system of Huangdi Neijing affiliation. Treatment of Jingfang was the reflection of treatment based on syndrome differentiation rather than treatment based on disease differentiation. This paper arranged the epilepsy proven cases of professor HU Xi-shu and FENG Shi-lun, and summarized the six syndromes differentiation rules of epilepsy. The treatment and differentiation of epilepsy gave priority to combined syndromes of multiple meridians, and its syndromes gave priority to Chaihu Decoction family syndromes, and the main accompanying symptoms were phlegm and fluid retention and blood stasis.
