郑启仲应用普济消毒饮临证经验

Experience of ZHENG Qi-zhong in using Puji Xiaodu Decoction

普济消毒饮出自《东垣试效方》,原方治疗大头瘟,其主要病机为感受风热疫毒,壅于上焦,攻冲头面。临床可见恶寒发热,头面红肿焮痛,目不能开,咽喉不利,舌燥口渴,舌红苔白兼黄,脉浮数有力等。普济消毒饮具有清热解毒,疏风散邪之功效。郑启仲教授通过辨证将普济消毒饮应用于临床,取得了较好的疗效。文章择蜂蜇、花粉过敏、痤疮、脱发病案,以阐述郑启仲教授应用普济消毒饮的临床经验及理论探讨。

Puji Xiaodu Decoction, a Chinese herb prescription from Dongyuan Shixiao Fang, was used in the treatment of swollen-head epidemic. The pathogenesis of swollen-head epidemic was that wind-heat epidemic toxin affected form exopathogenstagnated in the upper jiao, then attacked the head and face. The symptomsof swollen-head epidemic showed that aversion to cold, fever, pyreticosis and pain with head, being disable opening eyes, soar throat, thirst, dry and red tongue, white and yellow fur, floating and rapid pulse, etc. The efficacy of Puji Xiaodu Decoction is clearing heat and removing toxicity, dispelling wind to relieving superficies. Professor ZHENG Qi-zhong used Puji Xiaodu Decoction in clinic and achieved good curative effect. In this paper, some proven cases, such as bee-sting, pollen allergy, acne, alopecia were chosen to discuss and expound the experience of professor ZHENG in using Puji Xiaodu Decoction.
