文章将对杨金坤教授从痰论治恶性肿瘤经验进行总结。痰浊内阻是肿瘤形成的重要中医病机,也是肿瘤复发、转移的重要病理因素。在肿瘤的发生发展中,"痰"证以相应的不同形式出现于肿瘤的各个阶段,是痰、湿、瘀、热、寒、毒等多种因素相互交融综合的过程。因此在中医药抗肿瘤治疗过程中,以辨证论治指导,从痰入手,在扶正化痰基础上灵活结合其它治痰之法是提高临床疗效、增强抗癌之力的重要思路。

This paper will summarize professor YANG Jin-kun＇s experience in treating tumor from phlegm.Phlegm turbid retention is an important TCM pathogenesis of tumor formation, and it is also an important pathological factor of tumor recurrence and metastasis. Phlegm syndrome appeared in every stage of tumor with different forms including phlegm, wet, stasis, heat, cold, etc. Therefore, applying other cure phlegm method flexibly based on strengthening body resistance and dissipating phlegm guided by treatment based on syndrome differentiation was an important train of thought for improving clinical curative effect and strengthening anti-cancer effects during the process of anti-tumor therapy.
