摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMS)是育龄期女性常见的一种以痛经、不孕等为主要临床表现的疾病,严重影响着女性的身心健康。ENS是一种多因性疾病,其确切的发病机制仍未完全阐明,"免疫-炎性效应学说"认为,局部的炎性因子及其代谢产物与ENS的发病有很大的关联,特别是白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α。文章从现代医学角度和传统医学角度综述ENS免疫性炎性反应与血瘀证之间相关性的研究进展。
Endometriosis（EMS）, with dysmenorrhea and infertility as the main clinical manifestations, is a kind of common gynecologic disease which seriously affects the health of reproductive age women. EMS is a kind of diseases of many factors and its exact pathogenesis has not been fully clarified. In the ‘immune-inflammatory reaction theory＇, there is a great relationship between the local inflammatory factors and its metabolites and the pathogenesis of EMS, especially interleukin-6, interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor alpha. The research progress is reviewed in the article, on the pathological mechanism between inflammatory factor and EMS in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
