摘要
目的:对民族药三棱枝杭子梢的根、茎、叶进行初步的生药学鉴别研究。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别方法对三菱枝杭子梢的根、茎、叶进行鉴别。结果:主要显微特征根横切面韧皮部稍宽,有纤维及草酸钙方晶散在。枝横切面韧皮部稍宽,韧皮纤维束断续排列成环,有较多色素细胞散在。髓部三角形,边缘有色素细胞散在。叶横切面中脉维管束类心形,中部为1个稍小的类三角形的周木型维管束,向外为1个半月形外韧型维管束环绕。粉末特征中可见晶鞘纤维,众多草酸钙方晶及非腺毛。结论:所得结果可为其质量标准的制定及进一步深入研究和开发利用提供一定的理论依据。
Objective: To study the preliminary pharmacognosy identification of root, stem and leaf of Campylotropis trigonoclada(Franch.) Schindl.. Methods: Character identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification were carried out. Results: Microscopic features showed that in the transverse section of the root, the phloem was slightly wider, scattered fibers and calcium oxalate crystals; in the transverse section of the stem, the phloem was narrow, bast fiber bunch intermittent arranged in ring, scattered pigment cells of a great quantity. Pith of the former was in the shape of a triangle, scattered pigment cells at the edge. In the transverse section of the leaf, the vascular bundle sheath was in the form of heart-shaped, vascularbundle of the former was in the shape of a slightly small triangle at the center, collateral-vascular bundle of the former was in the shape of a half moon. Scaffered fibers, calcium oxalate and non glandular hair could be considered as the characters of powder. Conclusion: The results of experiment provided the basis for futher development and utilization, and the draft of quality standards.
