摘要
目的:观察火针对甲状腺功能减退症大鼠血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选取清洁级雌性健康成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机抽取10只设为空白对照组,给予正常饲养。余30只每天灌胃0.4g/L他巴唑混悬液1.35m L,制备甲状腺功能减退动物模型,造模成功后将其随机分为模型组、西药组、火针组,每组10只。模型组予0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃,西药组予1μg/m L的优甲乐(左旋甲状腺素钠片)混悬液灌胃,火针组用细火针点刺大椎、脾俞、肾俞、次髎、关元、子宫、足三里,治疗30d后,测定性激素水平。结果:治疗后,模型组、西药组和火针组的s TSH显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01);FT4、FT3、T4低于空白对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);与西药组比较,火针组FT4、FT3显著升高(P<0.01)。模型组和西药组性激素水平以及火针组促黄体生成素、雌二醇水平明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),而火针组促卵泡激素和孕酮水平与空白对照组无显著性差异;与模型组相比,西药组和火针组性激素水平明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与西药组相比,火针组性激素水平明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:火针对甲状腺功能减退症大鼠的血清性激素水平具有良好的调节作用,其疗效优于西药组。
Objective: To investigate the influence of fire needle on serum sex hormone levels in rats with hypothyroidism. Methods: Forty female clean grade healthy adult Wistar rats were included, and 10 rats were randomly selected into a control group with normal feeding. The other 30 rats were gavaged by 1.35 m L of 0.4g/L methimazole suspension daily to prepare thyroid dysfunction animal model. After successfully modelling, the rats were randomly divided into a model group, a western medicine group and a fire needle group, 10 in each one. The model group was treated with normal saline, the western medicine group was treated by gavage administration with 1μg/m L of Euthyrox(levothyroxine sodium tablets) suspension, and the fire needle group was treated with fire needle at Dazhui, Pishu, Shenshu, Ciliao, Guanyuan, Zigong and Zusanli. After 30 d of treatment, the sex hormone levels were detected. Results: After the treatment, the level of s TSH in the model group, western medicine group and fire needle group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01); Levels of FT4, FT3, T4 were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.01, P〈0.05); when compared with the western medicine group, the levels of FT4, FT3 were increased in the fire needle group(P〈0.01). The levels of sex hormone in the model group and western medicine group, and LH and E2 levels in the fire needle group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.01, P〈0.05), while FSH and P levels in the fire needle group had no significant difference when compared with that in the control group. Compared with the model group, the levels of sex hormone in the western medicine group and fire needle group were increased with significant difference(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Compared with the western medicine group, the levels of sex hormone in the fire needle group were increased with significant difference(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Fire needle has good regulation effect on the serum sex hormone levels in hypothyroidism rats, and its efficacy is superior to the western medicine.
