基于数据挖掘的当代脑瘤中医医案诊治规律分析 被引量:6

Analysis on diagnosis and treatment rules of contemporary TCM cases of brain tumors based on data mining

摘要 目的:通过分析当代中医辨治脑瘤的医案,探讨其潜在的诊治规律符合纳入标准后。方法:通过探索中国知网、维普全文数据库自1979年1月1日至2015年6月8日文献,共收集符合纳入标准的中医医案90则,分别采集病名、病位、病机、四诊信息、中药等资料,并录入Excel建立数据库。运用数据挖掘软件Clementine 12.0对数据进行关联规则与频数分析。结果:脑瘤患者用药以化痰、祛风、活血、补虚为主,乏力、纳差为其主要伴随症状,治疗应注意固护脾胃、补益气血。脑瘤的病机以痰瘀阻络为主,而"风、痰、瘀、虚"可夹杂为病。中药与中药、四诊信息与中药、病机与中药之间存在有意义的关联。结论:通过数据挖掘,得到以文献资料为基础的中医治疗脑瘤的证治规律,可为临床提供参考。 Objective: Through the analysis of contemporary TCM cases of brain tumor, to explore the potential laws of diagnosis and treatment. Methods: By retrieving CNKI and VIP database from January 1st 1979 to June 8th 2015, a total of 90 traditional Chinese medical cases conformed to the inclusion criteria were collected, the information, including the name of disease, location of disease, pathogenesis, the four methods of diagnosis, and Chinese medicine is gathered and entered into Excel to establish database. The data were carried on association rules and frequency analysis by data mining software Clementine 12.0. Results: Medication in patients with brain tumors was mainly using phlegm-reducing, wind- expelling, bloodactivation, tonification. Fatigue and anorexia were main companying symptoms, and the treatment should be paid more attention on strengthening the spleen and stomach, and replenishing qi and blood. The pathogenesis of brain tumors was phlegm and blood stasis, and ‘wind, phlegm, stasis and deficiency' could be mixed with the disease. There was a significant relationship between Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine, four methods of diagnosis information and Chinese medicine, pathogenesis and Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Through data mining, the rules of diagnosis and treatment on Chinese medicine for brain tumors in the basis of literature can provide reference for the clinic.
