平肝饮子治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证45例临床观察

Clinical observation of 45 cases of Pinggan Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach

目的:观察平肝饮子治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者80例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组35例。治疗组予平肝饮子加减治疗,对照组予多潘立酮片治疗,疗程均为4周,观察两组总有效率及治疗前后证候积分。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.1%,对照组为71.4%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平肝饮子对功能性消化不良肝胃不和型疗效较好,可有效改善临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Pinggan Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach. Methods： Eighty cases functional dyspepsia patients with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach were randomly divided into treatment group（45 cases） and control group（35 cases）. Patients in treatment group were treated with Pinggan Decoction, and patients in control group were treated with Domperidone Tablets. After 4 weeks treatment, the total effective rate and the total syndrome integral before and after the treatment were observed. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%, while the control group was 71.4%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： Pinggan Decoction has a good curative effect on functional dyspepsia with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
