摘要
在干接触和3种不同黏度润滑油润滑条件下,在自制冲击磨损试验机上,使用轴承钢钢球对GCr15钢试件表面进行冲击试验,采用表面形貌仪及扫描电镜分析实验后试件表面的冲击凹坑的形貌.结果表明高黏度润滑油比低黏度润滑油抑制磨损能力强;含有极压添加剂的抗磨液压油只可在有限程度上抑制磨损.
The impact tests of a steel bearing ball on GCr15 samples are carried out on a selfmade impact test rig under a dry contact and the contacts with three lubricants respectively.The impact dent is measured by a surface profiler and a SEM.The results indicate that the high viscosity oil can effectively refrain the wear than the low viscosity oil.The anti-wear hydraulic oil containing an extreme pressure additive can refrain the wear to a very limited extent from being damaged in friction.
