摘要
遵照大学生方程式汽车大赛的有关规则,研究开发序列式变速箱拨片换挡系统.根据变速箱的结构特点,完成系统的总体设计.设计气动单元的结构,选定气动单元的气缸类型与气瓶容积;基于STM32F103RCT6芯片开发电子控制单元,设计开发控制器输入输出电路及换挡程序软件.实车试验结果表明,研究开发的拨片换挡系统达到了设计性能要求.
The shift operating system of sequential gearbox is designed according to the rules of Formula SAE.Based on the structural characteristics of the gearbox,the overall design of the system is proposed.The pneumatic unit was designed and the type of cylinder and the volume of gas cylinder were chosen.The electronic control unit and the controller circuit were designed,and the shift program was written based on STM32F103RCT6 chip.The result of the race car test shows that the paddle shift system meets the general performance requirements.
