摘要
目的探索小针刀法治疗肛门狭窄的临床疗效。方法将住院治疗的120例肛门狭窄患者分为治疗组与对照组各60例,对治疗组施以小针刀侧方潜行切断内括约肌术、对照组进行肛门松解术治疗肛门狭窄,观察与分析两组在治疗前后的指标变化,比较两组临床疗效、术后疼痛、伤口愈合时间等。结果治疗组与对照组对肛门狭窄的治愈率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后疼痛、愈合时间等方面,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小针刀法在术后疼痛、伤口愈合时间等方面明显优于肛门松解术,具有安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快等优点。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of small needle-scalpel therapy on anal stricture.Methods 120 cases of anal stricture were divided into the treatment group receiving small needle-scalpel therapy to before and after treatment.The curative effect,postoperative pain and wound healing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in curative effect.There existed significant difference in postoperative pain and wound healing time between the two groups（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The small needle-scalpel therapy can produce good curative effect in postoperative pain and wound healing time with little trauma.
