慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病规范治疗探讨

Standard Treatment for Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析探讨规范治疗对慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者临床疗效的影响。方法整群选取2015年1—9月期间来该院接受治疗的慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者48例,实施规范化治疗,对比实施规范治疗前后的临床疗效,动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)以及临床症状的变化情况。结果实施规范化治疗后,48例患者中,45例患者病情明显好转。治疗后患者的临床症状明显改缓解,相较于治疗前,治疗后,患者的血气指标动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)上升至(69.3±8.4)mmol/L,动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)降低至(47.6±8.7)mmol/L,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对慢性肺原性心脏病合并冠心病患者进行治疗时,采用规范化治疗,可有效改善临床症状,提升临床治疗效果和预后效果。

Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical effect of standard treatment on chronic pulmonapy heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 48 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by coronary heart disease underwent standard treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2015 were selected. The clinical efficacy, arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2）, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide （PaCO2）, and elinieal symptoms were compared before and after treatment. Results After standard treatment, the disease was improved signifi- cantly in 45 cases of the 48 cases, the clinical symptoms relieved obviously. After treatment, the PaO2 increased to （69.3±8.4） mmol/L, PaCO2 reduced to（47.6±8.7） mmol/L from that before treatment respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treat- ment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease patients, standard treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and treatment effect and prognosis.
