腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎患者临床疗效研究

Research on Clinical Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Treatment of Patients with Acute Cholecystitis

目的分析急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术疗法的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年8月—2015年4月收治急性胆囊炎患者60例作为对象,随机分成不同疗法组:对照组(开腹手术)、实验组(腹腔镜胆囊切除术),评估术后并发症、手术时间、出血量等情况。结果实验组术后并发症者1例,占比3.3%,少于20.0%的对照组,且手术时间(44.20±5.41)min、出血量(62.55±8.43)mL、肠胃功能恢复(2.95±0.34)d及住院时间(7.05±1.40)d少于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床针对急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术作用突出,可减少出血量,预防并发症,值得学习。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the object and randomly divided into the two groups, the control group were treated with laparotomy, the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the postoperative complications, operation time and blood loss of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was 1 case with postoperative complication in the ex- perimental group, accounting for 3.3%, which was less than that in the control group （20.0%）, and the operation time, blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time and length of stay were respectively（44.20±5.41）min, （62.55±8.43） mL, （2.95±0.34） d and （7.05±1.40） d in the experimental group, which were less than those in the control group, P〈0.05, and there were differences. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic choleeystectomy in treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis is prominent, which can reduce the blood loss and prevent complications and is worth study.
