摘要
目的研究分析复方甲氧那明联合呼吸训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法整群选取2014年8月—2015年8月该院收治的88例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予复方甲氧那明联合呼吸功能训练治疗,对比两组疗效。方法观察组治疗后PEF、PEV1指标分别为(366.09±43.10)L/min、(2.99±1.03)L,均高于对照组的(319.82±28.55)L/min、(2.21±0.87)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量和满意度评分为(79.85±15.6)分、(93.45±2.75)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应为4.55%,少于对照组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甲氧那明联合呼吸训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果显著,可明显改善患者肺功能,提高生活质量和满意度,值得推广。
Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of compound methoxyphenamine capsules combined with respiratory function training in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary. Methods 88 cases of patients with chronic oh- struetive pulmonary treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group were given conventional treatment, the observation group were treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsules combined with respiratory function training, and the curative effbcts of the two groups were cOral)areal. Results The indexes such as PEF and PEV1 after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, (366.09±43.10) L/min vs (319.82±28.55) L/rain, (2.99±1.03) L vs (2.21±0.87) 1,, the differences were obvious, P〈0.05, the quality of life and satislhction scores 'after treatment in the observation group were (79.85±15.6) points and (93.45±2.75) points, which were better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious P〈 0.05, the adverse reaction in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group(4.55% vs 22.73%), and the difference was obvious P〈O.05. Conclusion The effect of compound methoxyphenamine capsules combined with respiratory function training in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary is obvious, which can obviously improve the pulmonary function of patients and improve the quality of lifc and satisfactory :degree, which is worth promotion.
