前列地尔联用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗后循环缺血眩晕的临床探讨

Clinical Observation on Alprostadil Combined with Troxerutin Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection in Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia and Vertigo

目的探讨前列地尔联用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗后循环缺血眩晕患者的疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年1—10月收治的60例后循环缺血眩晕患者,确诊后随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予前列地尔联用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液,对照组给予前列地尔,观察两组治疗前后TCD变化及疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率63.00%,治疗组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。TCD方面,两组治疗前VA与BA血流速度无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组血流速度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗后循环缺血眩晕优于单用前列地尔,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of alprostadil combined with troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate in- jection in treatment of patients with posterior circulation isehemia and vertigo. Methods 60 cases of patients with posterior circulation isehemia and vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were treated with alprostadil combined with troxerutin eerebroprotein hydrolysate injection, the control group were treated with alprostadil, the TCD changes and curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 63.00% in the control group, the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,（P〈O.05）, there was no obvious difference in the VA and BA blood flow velocity between the two groups before treatment,（P〉O.05）, there was an obvious difference in the VA and BA blood flow velocity of the two groups after treatment and that before treatment,（P〈0.05）, the blood flow rate in the treatment group was obviously improved compared with that in the control group and there was an obvious difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of alprostadil combined with troxerutin eerebroprotein hydrolysate injection in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia and vertigo is better than that of simple alprostadil, which is worth clinical promotion.
