中西药联合在脾胃病幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中的价值

Value of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in the Eradication Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Disease of Helicobacter Pylori

目的探究中西药联合在脾胃病幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中的应用价值。方法择取该院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的功能性消化不良患者106例作为该研究对象,按照入院顺序进行分组,分为常规组与研究组,每组患者均有53例。对常规组与研究组患者分别采取单纯西药治疗与中西药联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组与常规组患者的根除率分别为79.25%与11.32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脾胃病幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中给予中西药联合治疗方案可明显改善患者临床症状,提高疾病根除率,值得推荐采纳。

Objective To research the application value of combined Chinese and western medicine in the eradication treat- ment of spleen and stomach disease of helieobacter pylori. Methods 106 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia admit- ted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 53 cases in each according to the admission order, the conventional group were treated with simple western medicine, the research group were treated with combined Chinese and western medicine, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The difference in the eradication rate between the research group and the conventional group was obvious by comparison （79.25% vs 11.32%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The plan of combined Chinese and western medicine in the eradication treatment of spleen and stomach disease of helicobaeter pylori can obviously improve the patient＇ s clinical symptoms and improve the eradication rate of disease, which is worth recommendation and adopting.
