彩超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用研究

Application Research on Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的探讨在妇产科中应用彩超对急腹症的诊断价值。方法随机选取2013年7月—2015年2月期间该院妇产科收治的急腹症患者120例,所有患者的病理类型均经由手术证实,待其入院后对患者实施彩超检查,对其影像学检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果 120例妇产科急腹症患者彩超诊断符合率为90.83%。其中,彩超对于盆腔脓肿的诊断符合率为91.67%,卵巢破裂的诊断符合率为90.00%,卵巢、肿瘤或卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断符合率为85.00%,宫外孕破裂的诊断符合率为92.42%。结论彩超检查可对妇产科急腹症患者的病变部位进行观察,为临床诊断提供病变部位全面的影像学资料,有助于尽早明确患者病情,为治疗方案的制定提供可靠的依据。

Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute abdomen adnfitted and treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from July 2013 to February 2015 were randomly seleeted, the pathological types of all patients were confirmed by operation, the patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound after admission, and their imaging examination data were relrospectively analyzed. Results The accordance rate of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of 120 cases of patients with gynecological acute abdomen was 90.83%, the accordance rates of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic abscess, oothecorrhexis, ovary, tumor and ovarian cyst torsion and ectopic pregnancy rupture were respectively 91.67%, 90.00%, 85.00% and 92.42%. Conclusion We can observe the diseased region of patients with gynecological acute abdomen by color Doppler ultrasound examination thus providing comprehensive imaging data of the diseased region for clinical diagnosis, and it contributes to making the patient＇s condition clear as soon as possible and providing reliable basis for making the treatment plan.
