发作性睡病1例报告并文献复习

摘要 发作性睡病是一种以过度日间嗜睡以及快动眼睡眠调节异常为特征性的一类神经疾病，其特点为快动眼潜伏期较短，清醒期内出现快动眼睡眠侵入，典型临床表现为过度嗜睡、猝倒、入睡前幻觉、睡眠麻痹四联症。发作性睡病是一种伴随终身并严重影响患者身心健康及生活质量的疾病，甚至引发意外造成伤亡。基于本病的发病率低且危害性大，
