摘要
采用Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13)合金带材,绕制成环型磁芯,将磁芯经450℃×100min部分晶化退火处理后用环氧树脂封装,再研究环氧树脂封装对其软磁性能的影响。结果表明,封装后非晶磁芯的起始磁导率μ、饱和磁感应强度Bs、电感Ls和感应电动势E减小;矫顽力Hc和磁滞损耗Pu增大;品质因数Q基本不变。环氧树脂封装前后,随频率的升高,非晶磁芯的电感Ls基本不变,而品质因数Q增大;感应电动势E随励磁电流I的增加而增大。非晶磁芯的磁化曲线、磁滞回线和损耗曲线的形状与封装前相似。
Annular magnetic cores were prepared with Fe78Si9B13 alloy strips, the sample was encapsulated with epoxy resin after annealing at 450 ℃ for 100 min, and the effects of epoxy resin packaging on sott magnetic properties were researched. The results show that after encapsulation, the initial permeability (#~),the saturation magnetic induction (Bs), inductance (Ls)and induced electromotive force (E) decrease. The coercivity(Hc), and the hysteresis losses(Pu) increase, and the quality factor (Q) basically remains unchanged. Before and after epoxy resin encapsulation, with the increase of frequency, the inductance (Ls) almost remains unchanged, the quality factor (Q) increases. The induced electromotive force (E) increases with increasing field current (I).The shape of magnetization curves, hysteresis loops and loss curves are basically the same with the samples before packaging.
