摘要 电站锅炉甩负荷运行时工作温度和压力快速变化,需要对锅炉高温过热器出口集箱承受的实时应力进行评估。基于ANSYS平台分析了电站锅炉SA335-P91钢高温过热器出口集箱在甩负荷过程中的应力数值,得到了温度场、热应力场、机械应力场及总应力场的数值和分布。集箱最大热应力、机械应力及总应力分别为26.9、150.8、149.0MPa;最大总应力总是出现在筒体和接管相贯线区域;机械应力在总应力中占主要地位。SA335-P91钢高温过热器出口集箱能较好承受在541℃服役载荷下的长期使用,但是要在其寿命的中期加强检验,以保证电站锅炉运行安全。 It is necessary to evaluate the transient stress for superheater outlet header of power station boiler under load shedding with rapid variations of working temperature and pressure. The calculation of stresses for the superheater outlet header made from SA335-P91 steel under load shedding was performed using ANSYS. The magnitude and distribution of temperature field, thermal stress field, mechanical stress field and total stress can be obtained. The results show that the maximum thermal stress, mechanical stress and total stress is 26.9, 150.8, 149.0 MPa, respectively. The maximum total stress always occurs at the intersection region of cylinder and pipes. The mechanical stress accounts for main portion in total stress. SA335-P91 steel superheater outlet header can be used under working load at 541℃ for a long time. However, strengthening mid-term inspections should be carried out to safeguade the safe running of power station boiler.
