高耐蚀型耐候钢S450EW变形抗力模型的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用Gleebl-3500热模拟试验机对高耐蚀型耐候钢S450EW进行了单道次热压缩试验。通过对不同变形温度、应变速率和变形程度下的真应力-真应变数据采用1stOpt软件进行多元非线性回归分析,建立了高耐蚀型耐候钢S450EW的周-管动态回复型和动态再结晶型变形抗力模型,并把根据变形抗力模型绘制的曲线与试验数据曲线进行了对比。结果表明,多元非线性回归模型与试验数据较为吻合,拟合精度较高。 The single pass compression experiments were conducted by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine for high corrosion resistance weather resistance steel S450EW. The Zhou-Guan dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization deformation resistance models were established by lstOpt software using multiple nonlinear regression method analyzing true stress-true strain experimental data at different deformation temperatures, deformation rates and deformation levels. The curves plotted through the deformation resistance models were compared with the experimental curves. The results show that the multiple nonlinear regression models are consistent with the experimental data, and the fitting precision is high.
