摘要
利用扫描电镜观察、X光微区分析和显微硬度测试等高科技手段分析了金属基复合材料的界面组织,在滚轮式磨损试验机上测量金属基复合材料的高温耐磨性,并将其耐磨性能测试结果与基体材料进行对比分析。结果发现,在27~500℃下,该复合材料的耐磨性要好于基体材料,且在27℃,该复合材料耐磨性的优势最为明显。
By using SEM observation, X-ray micro-analysis, microhardness test and other high-tech means, the interface structure of metal matrix composite was studied. The high temperature wear resistance measurement of metal matrix composite was studied on roller wear test machine, and then, the wear resisting performance results and matrix material were contrastively analyzed. The results show that under the condition of 27 ℃ to 500 ℃, the wear-resistance performance of the composite is better than that of base material, and at 27℃, the advantage of the wear resistance performance of the composite is most obvious.
