摘要
通过显微组织观察、拉伸和冲击试验、硬度测试等研究了高温回火温度对4330V钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,4330V钢经880℃油淬560~650℃回火后的组织均为回火索氏体+片状或块状铁素体+碳化物;钢在620℃回火后具有优良的强韧性匹配;560℃回火后,室温强度和布氏硬度达到最大,冲击吸收能量则最低,而650℃回火后则反之。随着回火温度升高,4330V钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度逐渐下降,冲击吸收能量逐渐升高。
The effects of high temperature tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 4330V steel were investigated by using microstructure observation, stretching and impact test, and hardness testing. The results show that the microstructure of 4330V steel tempered at 560-650 ℃ after oil quenching at 880 ℃ is composed of tempered sorbite and flake or blocky ferrite and carbides. The steel has the perfect combination of strength and toughness after tempering at 620 ℃. The strength and Brinell hardness at room temperature reach maximum and impact energy is minimum after tempering at 560 ℃, and the results are opposite after tempering at 650 ℃. With the increase of tempering temperature, the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of 4330V steel gradually decrease, while the impact energy gradually increases.
