摘要
通过力学性能测试、金相显微分析等方法,研究了热处理工艺对7075铝合金组织和力学性能及抗应力腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明在高温预析出固溶处理+双级淬火+(115依5)℃×(5~6)h+(175依5)℃×(14~16)h双级时效后,7075铝合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率分别达到了663、560 MPa、13.6%;应力腐蚀敏感性降低,抗应力腐蚀性能有较大程度提高。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and stress corrosion-resistance property of 7075 aluminium alloy were studied by mechanical properties test and metallographic microscopic analysis. The results show that, after the solid solution treatment of the pre-precipitation at high temperature + double stages quenching+ double stages aging of (115±5)℃ x(5-6) h +(175±5)℃ x(14-16) h, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of 7075 aluminum alloy are 663, 560 MPa and 13.6% respectively; stress corrosion sensitivity decreases, and the anti-stress corrosion performance has greater improvement.
