摘要
利用箱式退火炉对0Cr21Ni6Mn9N钢管进行不同工艺的退火处理,采用OM和SEM观察了退火后0Cr21Ni6Mn9N钢管的微观组织,并研究了退火对钢管析出行为的影响,结果表明钢管在630~850℃退火时有明显的M23C6型碳化物析出,在800℃左右析出最多,析出量随温度的升高先增多后减少,在850℃退火时基本无析出物;在650℃退火10 min后,在钢的晶界处有少量析出;随着退火保温时间的延长,析出量增多,且逐渐向晶内生长。
The annealing treatments with different processes for 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N steel pipe were carried out by using box type annealing furnace. The microstructure of 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N steel tube after annealing was observed by using OM and SEM. And the effect of annealing on the precipitation behavior of steel pipe was investigated. The results show that the steel pipe has the M23C6 type carbides precipitation during annealing at 630-850 ℃, and there is the most precipitation at 800 ℃. The precipitation firstly increases and then decreases, and there is no precipitate during annealing at 850 ℃. There is a small amount of precipitation at the grain boundaries of the steel after annealing at 650 ℃ for 10 min. With the increase of the annealing time, the amount of precipitation increases. And its growth is gradually developing towards the crystal.
