摘要 采用力学性能测试和光学显微镜研究了调质工艺对厚度为15 mm的控轧控冷(TMCP)态EH36级船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,调质后TMCP态船板钢的综合性能有较大提高,虽然强度稍有下降,但其塑性,尤其是低温冲击性能都有较明显的改善。 The influences of quenching and tempering process on microstructure and mechanical properties of EH36 grade ship plate steel with the thickness of 15 mm at controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) state were researched by using mechanical properties test and optical microscope. The results indicate that, the comprehensive performance of TMCP state ship plate steel after quenching and tempering has a greater increase. Although the strength slightly decreases, its plasticity, especially the low temperature impact performance has obvious improvement.
