摘要
研究了不同退火温度对冷轧纯锆板力学性能和组织及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:退火温度从500℃升高到580℃,锆板抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐降低,而伸长率逐渐升高。退火温度在500℃时锆板未发生再结晶,当温度升至540℃时锆板进行了完全再结晶,也获得了较优的强塑性配合。当温度升至580℃时锆板也完全再结晶,但晶粒有长大趋势。退火温度对锆板的耐蚀性没有明显影响。
The influences of different annealing temperatures on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistant of cold rolled pure zirconium sheet were studied. The results show that, as the annealing temperature increases from 500 ℃ to 580 ℃, the tensile strength and yield strength of the zirconium sheet decrease, but the elongation gradually increases. When the annealing temperature is 500 ℃, the recrystallization of the zirconium sheet does not occurr. When temperature increases to 540 ℃, the zirconium sheet produces the full recrystallization, and excellent strong and plasticity fitting is also obtained. When temperature increases to 580℃, the zirconium sheet also produces the full recrystallization, but the grain has the tendency of growing up. The annealing temperature has no obvious effect on the corrosion resistance of zirconium sheet.
