成品厚度及退火温度对无取向电机硅钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了二次冷轧压下率和退火温度对3%Si的无取向硅钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,成品厚度对磁性能的影响较大,由于板厚及晶粒均匀度的综合作用,材料厚度较薄时铁损显著降低,磁感应强度显著提高;由于材料晶粒粗大,成品退火温度在980℃时材料的铁损最低,而磁感应强度最高。 The effects of two cold rolling reduction rate and annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of non-orientation silicon steel with 3%Si were studied. The results show that the effect of the finished product thickness on the magnetic properties is great. Because of the comprehensive effect of the sheet thickness and the uniformity of the grain, the iron loss of the thinner material reduces significantly, and the magnetic induction intensity improves significantly. Due to the coarse grain size of the material, the iron loss of the material is the minimum, and the magnetic induction intensity of the finished product is the maximum at annealing of 980℃.
