摘要
研究了淬火转移时间和淬火介质温度对大直径2219铝合金旋压件力学性能的影响。结果表明,铝合金旋压半球适宜的淬火介质温度应该在40℃以下,转移时间在30 s以内。通过工装改进和快速淬火炉的应用,铝合金旋压半球的力学性能得到进一步提高,最终抗拉强度达到440MPa以上,屈服强度达到290MPa以上,且塑性良好。
Effects of quenching transfer time and quenching medium temperature on mechanical properties of large diameter 2219 aluminum alloy spinning were studied. The results show that quenching medium temperature of 2219 aluminum alloy spinning should be below 40 ℃ and quenching transfer time should be less than 30 s. Through the improvement of supporting tool and the use of rapid quenching furnace, mechanical properties of aluminum alloy spinning hemisphere are further improved. The tensile strength reaches 440 MPa, the yield strength reaches 290 MPa and the plasticity is good.
