摘要
在厚规格(1.5mm以上)热镀锌板的生产过程中,带钢表面经常会出现锌起伏缺陷。本文对该缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:厚规格镀锌板核心热、气刀空气喷吹以及塔顶辊温度过高并与带钢下表面摩擦是造成锌起伏缺陷的原因。适当降低带钢入锌锅温度及锌液温度,采用氮气喷吹,冷却塔开通风窗,清理塔顶辊表面的方法可减轻此类缺陷的发生。
During the production of galvanized strips with thickness over 1.5 mm, zinc wave defects always occur on the surface of strip steel. The defects were analyzed in the paper. The results show that the heat inside the strip, the air bowled by the air knife and the high temperature of the top roll which rubs against the bottom side of the strip are the main reasons for the zinc wave defects. The defects can be basically solved by reducing the strip steel entering zinc pot temperature and liquid zinc temperature, blowing nitrogen, opening windows on the cooling tower and cleaning the surface of the top rolls.
