摘要
针对主数据管理面临的持续发展问题,通过对田湾核电站主数据全生命周期管理、主数据移交管理、主数据结构关系以及主数据治理流程的设计与描述,阐述了田湾核电站实现主数据持续发展与改进的理念与措施,首次完整地将主数据管理与核电站实体建设相结合,并将相关管理理念融合在一起,明确主数据管理的演进路线与发展方向。
For the problem of sustainable development of master data management, the paper describes the concepts and measures in realization of sustainable development and improvement of master data of TNPS through TNPS master data full life-cycle management, master data transfer management, master data structure relations and the design and descriptions of master data control process. It firstly and completely combines the master data management with the physical construction of nuclear power station, joins related management concepts together and makes clear the evolutionroute and development direction of master data management.
