对高职院校毕业文化建设的思考

Thinking of the Graduation Cultural Construction in the Higher Vocational College

毕业文化是校园文化不可或缺的内容,高职院校毕业文化具有仪式性、职业性和实践性等特征。当前高职院校毕业文化建设中存在毕业生主体参与意识缺乏,文化育人功能不足,毕业生行为失范、游离于主流价值观之外等问题,应当注重从改变认知,倡导全员参与毕业文化建设;注重内涵,创建高品位毕业文化;利用网络,构建与完善毕业文化的传播机制三方面来建设高职院校毕业文化。

The graduation culture is an indispensable content of campus culture,graduated from higher vocational colleges culture has such characters as ritual,professional and practical. The cultural construction for graduates in higher vocational college is lacking of main body participation and culture education function Free from the mainstream values,we should build and improve the cultural transmission of graduation mechanism from three aspects of paying attention to change from cognition,advocating the participation of graduate culture construction; paying attention to the connotation and create the high grade graduation culture; using the internet to to the construction of higher vocational colleges.
