高职院校大学生就业创业现状之探讨

A Study on the Current Situation of Employment and Entrepreneurship of Higher Vocational College Students

当今社会大学生面临的严峻的就业形势,高职院校一培养技工型人才为其办学目标,其毕业生的就业情况同样不容乐观,不少高职院校大学生选择自主创业。文中笔者对当前高职院校大学生的就业创业现状进行深入分析,思考其中所存在问题,并探讨该形势下政府、高职院校及其学生所应采取的措施。

Nowadays college students face the severe employment situation. Higher vocational colleges training technical talents for the goal of running a school and the employment situation of the graduates is similarly unoptimistic. Many college students choose to start their own businesses. In this paper,the author makes a deep analysis on the current situation of the employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational college students,and then discusses the problems existing in them,and discusses the measures taken by the government,vocational colleges and students in the situation.
