高校公共突发事件行政协调机制研究

Research on the Administrative Coordination Mechanism of Public Emergency in Colleges and Universities

当前我国社会结构正处于不断变化之中,在这样的背景下我国高校也在不同程度上存在着不稳定因素。如果高校管理措施不到位,师生的安全防范意识薄弱,就有可能爆发公共突发事件。研究高校公共突发事件的处置体制尤为重要,其目的在于建立和完善高校公共突发事件的行政协调机制。论文对机构的设置、内涵、功能等方面进行了深入的探讨,并对内、外部行政协调机制提出一些建议。

China＇s social structure is in a constant change. In this context,China＇s colleges and universities in varying degrees,there are factors of instability. If the university management measures are not in place,teachers and students of security awareness is weak. There may be the outbreak of public emergencies. It is particularly important to study the management system of public emergencies in colleges and universities,which aims to establish and perfect the administrative coordination mechanism of university public emergencies. In this paper,the establishment,connotation,function and other aspects of the mechanism are discussed,and some suggestions are put forward for the internal and external administrative coordination mechanism.
