Yang Shanzhou best reflects the professional ethics of civil servants, and the essence of which has a demonstration function for developing the professional ethics of all the civil servants in China. Through comparing the good traditions of the CPC and the/professional ethics of Yang Shanzhou, the author concludes that the essence of Yang Shanzhou＇s professional ethics is loyalty to the country and people, observing the law, honest, hardworking, as well as seeking truth from facts; the origin of which is the oath of the CPC, laws and regulations, tradition and style, and ideology.
