广西平果县2009～2014年耐药结核病调查报告

Investigation report on drug-resistant tuberculosis from in Pingguo county from 2009 to 2014

目的：了解广西平果县耐药结核病的流行情况，为政府制定结核病防控政策提供科学依据。方法对平果县2009~2014年所有可疑肺结核患者开展痰结核分枝杆菌培养，并对阳性菌株进行药物敏感试验和基因分型鉴定。结果平果县结核病总耐药率19.18%、单耐药率12.29%、多耐药率2.61%、耐多药率4.28%，均低于2007年全国结核病耐药性基线调查的耐药水平。结论虽然平果县的结核病耐药率低于全国水平，但疫情仍然非常严重，必须尽快将耐药结核病的诊断、治疗和管理纳入到结核病防治规划中。

Objective To investigate the prevalence state of drug-resistant tuberculosis in Pingguo county,so as to pro-vide scientific evidence for the policy of tuberculosis control and prevention that made by government.Methods Sputum my-cobacterium tuberculosis culture was carried out among all the suspected tuberculosis patients in Pingguo county from 2009 to 2014,and drug sensitization test and genotyping identification was conducted among the positive strains.Results The total tuberculosis resistance rate in Pingguo county was 19.18%,of which the single drug-resistance rate was 12.29%,the multi-drug resistance rate was 2.61%,and the multi-drug resistance rate was 4.28%. All of them were lower than the resistant rate of the national survey for tuberculosis resistance baseline in 2007.Conclusion Although the tuberculosis resistance rate of Pingguo is lower than the national level,the epidemic situation is still quite serious,and the diagnose for drug-resistant tu-berculosis and its treatment and management should be included in the plan for the control and prevention of tuberculosis as soon as possible.
