摘要
为解决工作人员检定互感器时需要进行登高作业的问题,文章以变电站的互感器检定项目为背景,利用互感器智能辅助设备帮助工作人员完成电线的装夹,进而提高互感器检定效率和准确性.通过对互感器现场试验智能辅助装置进行研究,以其中的三自由度直角坐标机械手作为研究对象,采用模块化的设计思想,运用无线通信、图像采集、嵌入式技术、Arduino控制、Android应用开发等相关技术,设计了一个具有视频监控和远程遥控功能的机械手控制系统,并且该机械手控制系统支持手动遥控作业模式.最后通过现场试验测试,实现了视频监控、机械手控制等功能,最终完成了电线装夹与回收任务.通过此试验也证明了该机械手控制系统的稳定性、可行性和可靠性,可以在实际作业中辅助工作人员完成互感器的检定工作.
Based on the background of substation transformer test project, in order to solve the issue in the process of testing the transformer that the staffs need to complete the task in the air and make use of trans- former test equipment to support them finish the installation of electric wires, improve the efficiency and accu- racy of transformer test. The article takes the three degrees of freedom Cartesian coordinates manipulator as the research object and adopts the idea of modular design to design a manipulator control system for video sur- veillance and remote control by using wireless communication,image acquisition,embedded technology,Ardui- no control, Android application development. This control system supports manual remote control operation mode. Through field test for the manipulator control system, it realized the function of video surveillance and manipulator control and completed the installation and recovery of electric wires, verified the stability, feasibil- ity and reliability of the manipulator control system. It could assist the staffs to complete the transformer test.
