摘要
通过构建区域科技创新、科技金融、科技贸易耦合协调度模型,对"十五"末期(2005年)、"十一五"末期(2010年)、"十二五"中期(2013年)我国30个省市的耦合协调度进行实证分析。结果表明:各地区科技创新、科技金融、科技贸易的耦合协调发展状况较差;地区间耦合协调发展差距较大;三者的发展存在不平衡现象,科技金融的发展明显滞后于另外两者。
This paper constructs the model of coupling coordinated relation between sci-tech innovation, sci-tech finance and sci-tech trade, and then uses the model to evaluate the coupling coordinated degree of 39 provinces in Chi- na in 2005, 2010 and 2013. According to the results of the analysis, the development of the coupling coordination be- tween sci-tech innovation, sci-tech finance and sei-tech trade is rather bad in every region and the lap between regions in terms of coupling coordinated development is pretty large. The development of the three areas is pretty imbalanced, with the development of the sci-tech finance lagging far behind the other two areas.
