高新技术产业的承接模式及其发展对策研究——以衡阳市为例

On Undertaken Mode of High-tech Industry and Countermeasures of Development——Taking Hengyang City as an Example

经济全球化进程的加快和知识经济的冲击正在加速推进国际产业转移,高新技术产业已成为转变经济发展方式和推进经济结构战略性调整的主要力量。衡阳市作为我国湘南承接产业转移示范区的前沿阵地,坐拥交通、政策等天时地利。该文对衡阳市高新技术产业发展的现状与特征进行分析,总结出高新技术产业的承接优势与不足,并结合国内外现有的产业承接模式,提出了高新技术产业的承接模式选择及其发展对策。

The speeding up of the economic globalization process and the impact of knowledge economy are accelerating the transfer of the international industry.The high-tech industry has become the main force in the transformation of the mode of economic development and promotion of strategic adjustment of economic structure.Hengyang,as the forefront of China＇s southern Hunan undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area,has the advantages of traffic and policy.The paper analyzed the present situation and characteristics of the development of high-tech industry of Hengyang City,summarized the advantages and disadvantages to undertake the high-tech industries and proposed the selection of undertaking high-tech industry mode and the development countermeasures by combining the existed undertaking mode both at home and abroad.
