摘要
间接空冷机组的散热器暴露在大气环境中,在冬季寒冷地区运行时,散热器的翅片管极易发生冻结,造成设备的损坏甚至引发停机事故。散热器翅片管被冻裂后的修复周期长,且工艺复杂。发生冻结事故后,将给电厂造成严重的经济损失。以某型2×350 MW超临界间接空冷机组为例,分析了表面式间接空冷机组散热器冻结的原因,并提出相应的调整措施,提高了间接空冷机组在冬季高寒地区的运行性能。
Radiator of indirect air-cooling unit is exposed in the atmospheric environment and the finned tube of radiator freezes easily when operating in cold areas in winter. It will cause damage to the equipment or even shutdown. The repair process of the radiator finned tube is complex and the period is long. The freezing accident will cause serious economic losses to the power plant. Take one 2 × 350 MW supercritical indirect air-cooling unit as an example, the paper analyzes the reasons of the freeze mechanism of surface-type indirect air-cooling radiator and puts forward the corresponding adjustment measures, which increases the operating performance of indirect air-cooling unit in cold areas in winter.
