摘要 以某330 MW机组增加了低温省煤器系统为例,对电厂低温省煤器的运行效果进行评价,分析结果表明,投运低温省煤器后,发电煤耗率平均下降2.232 g/k W·h,降低了锅炉的排烟温度,但增大了烟气排放阻力。低温省煤器投运后,提高了电除尘器的效率。运行中,还需控制排烟温度,否则将造成电除尘器的积灰板结。 Taking a 330 MW coal-fired power plants and transformation of low temperature economizer system as an example, consider more factors in coal-fired power plant performance evaluation on the parameter of low temperature economizer, the analysis result shows that after operating low temperature economizer system, the power generation coal consumption rate drops 2. 232 g/kW · h in average, the boiler smoke temperature drops but the flue gas resistance increases. The electrostatic precipitator efficiency increases after operating the low temperature economizer. The smoke temperature should be controlled during operation, improper will cause serious dust in the electrostatic precipitators.
